The Evening under the Stars Music Festival is the brainchild of Woodland Hills artist Noel Webb. Vendors, business sponsors, charity groups and on-site food and wine service will be on hand. "It's not just a concert, " Webb told the Calabasas Parks, Recreation and Education Commission at a recent meeting. "It's almost like a block party, comfortable, with colleagues and friends all getting together to enjoy a music festival," he said.
